Seek first the Kingdom!

Matt 6:31-34
31 Therefore take no thought, saying, what shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day [is] the evil thereof.

Col.3:1-10

Where is your focus?, what do you live for? What is in your life? What takes your time? When you got save, He became your life; your life is hidden in Christ! You have given up the right to self-control; you have given up the right to be the master over your life! When you got saved, You put God in charge over your life!

This does not means that we do not make decisions, our make plans, but when we do, we consult Jesus first, we give our thoughts to him, our plans go through his hands first!

Matt 16:24
24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any [man] will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

Luke 9:23
23 And he said to [them] all, If any [man] will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.

John 12:24-25
24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.
25 He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

Let Jesus be the centre of our lives! Let him be the cornerstone, the foundation! The opposite of legalism is to love Jesus! Have your eyes on him!
